Offerd for sale is an 1879 Wisden  in it's original wrappers and in NEAR FINE overall condition.

The front and rear wrappers are complete,clean with just the odd tiny mark and one tiny chip to the rear and in exceptional condition for this year

The spine is oriiginal and virtually complete.

The contents are complete ,original,clean and unmarked with no foxing  and in really excellent condition

A very rare book in this state  and the best 1879 I have seen.Normally the covers for 1878 and 1879  - which Wisden used for just these two years - mark and very easily and the print fades very badly but not so with this copy.

A  really nice copy.
