This 1940 Original Hardback Wisden is in FAIR condition.
The front and rear boards are flat with no creases but darkened and marked and the gilt has faded tothe front board.
The spine is straight but darkened and the gilt has faded.
The front hinge has cracked but the rear is holding.
Internally, the contents are much better - complete, clean and unmarked save for a former owners signature to page3.
Not the best of copies but it's a very scarce year in hardback and it is cheap!
Postage is by Royal Mail Special Delivery at £8.95.
