Hi,
Here we have a fabulous set of 6 Wisdens, in a run from 1941 to 1946, all linen cloth Wisdens.
All the books are in good+ condition and it includes the 1941 which is a very rare year. I chose these as a set as they are in similar condition and have similar foibles , a very nice price for the perfect starter set, can swap out any book of your choosing if needed.
1941 - Bright covers, weakness to front hing , nice inside.
1942 - Spotting to spine and covers with odd mark, nice inside.
1943 - Wear toedge of spine cloth , some spotting to rear cover.
1944 - Similar to 1942 with nick to the top of the spine cloth
1945 - Spotting to the spine cloth otherwise Very Good.
1946 - Sporritng and dark covers , fron cover like to open.
A good set but not a mint set but priced well for the new collector of WW2 Wisdens,
P&P to the UK is £Free (Special Delivery & Jiffy Bag) .
