Hi,
This lot is an 1948 Original Hardback Wisden, it is an excellent example of a 1948 , a book that is incredible hard to find in a nice state. This is a very good plus copy for the rather poor year where post war materials were used.
The boards are excellent , a couple of very feint marks to the boards, otherwise the boards are superb for a '48, the hinges are very strong, the usual half browning to page edges is in place, the gilt is excellent to front and spine, as bright as it comes. Super inside. Very good for a '48.
