Hi,
This lot is an 1904 Original Hardback Wisden. In Good condition
This Wisden is a hard to find year, Wisden like in the 03 didnt put hinge strengtheners on the hinges so they do tend to weaken easily. This book has nice bright front gilt, some fading to the spine gilt , odd mark to the boards as shown , nothing too off putting, a light area to the base of the spine cloth but pretty decent outside overall. Inside we have weak hinges and hence a slightly loose binding, but the book is far from coming apart, just how this one is made. Clean pages and a very nice photoplate and bright yellow pastedowns. Early Hardback.
