Hi,

This lot is an 1879 Original Paperback Wisden. It is in OK condition, a year that is hard to find in Mint condition mainly due to the odd covers used in '78 & '79 

It is 100% in original form which is nice to see for such an old Wisden. The only thing to note is the spine block has been glued or looks like glue has been added to strengthen it (that or it is the glue under the original paper or tape which has come off). 

The covers have the usual wear and shiny, this book has wear to the "Crick" of Cricketer's to the front cover it also has an old tape mark running down the left of the front cover. The rear cvoer has the same tape line and a small loss to the bottom right. Internally this book is excellent, it has a name signed to the title page but other than that bearly a mark or spot inside. Tightly bound.  16th Edition. Rare.
