Hi,

Here we have a rare 1919 Original Hardback Wisden, a rare WW1 Hardback and it is in Very Good Condition and without restoration. It is as good as the one in my set!

It really is hard to pick fault, there is an old price to the yellow pastedown and a couple of small dents to the top of the board (perhaps a band was round it once) and the top right corner of the front board is bent inwards a touch but that is all I can find, the lettering (gilt) is bright and strong to the front and to the spine, both 100% original, small mark to the spine cloth. The boards are very good, a couple of light small marks. Price to pastedown otherwise internally this book is Wonderful. The hinges are very strong as can be seen in the pictures and the yellow inside pages are very bright as are the white pages that follow. With an excellent photoplate. Hardly any foxing a very good copy of this rare Wisden. A touch of extra gilt to the front on the C for free as per picture (original not added later).
