Wisden Cricketers Almanack 1883 Rebound without covers
This is an original 1883 Wisden in good condition.
This Wisden has been rebound without covers. The pages have been trimmed, but the text is complete.
The maroon boards have some small faint white spots to the front board, but otherwise are completely clean, and as will be seen from the photograph the title and year is in bright gilt on the spine.
The front hinge is split and visible next to page 1.
The two front advert pages are missing as are all but 4 of the rear advert pages, all other pages are included.
The pages are overall in very good condition, although there is foxing on a small number of pages but most obviously to page 1 and the last rear advert page. The main page edges are red speckled, some of the bottom page edges are very slightly stained.
