Hi,
This lot is an 1949 Original Hardback Wisden, in good+ condition.
1949s are never great and a hard book to find mint but this one is better than average id say. The front gilt certainly is as it is bright, slight fading to the spine gilt. The front hinge is stong but you can ee some mesh and the rear hinge has some weakness (netter than many still) some spotting to the page block and it has to be pointed out that a kid has had sun with a crayon to the last page , otheriwse nice internally. A decent enough 1949.
