This 1889 Wisden was rebound some time ago in mottled boards with a red leather spine and corners and with the title and year in gilt to the spine
The boards are in good condition with just the odd mark.
The book lacks both wrappers and advertising pages but is otherwise complete.
The contents and photographic plate - the first in a Wisden - are in really excellent, clean,original and unmarked condition although it should be noted that the plate has been moved and is now bound at the front of the book opposite the title page.
