This volume comes from the collection I inherited from my great uncle, Brian Chapman who was a cricket journalist from after the second world war to the mid-70s, initially with the Daily Express and latterly with the Observer. No doubt, this Wisden accompanied him on the county circuit for that year and as such looks like it was well used and condition is poor.

There is a small tear to the top of the spine. The back cover has a diagonal crease and a small bit missing. The first few pages at the bottom corner, front and back are bent over. Probably best used as a reference copy and priced accordingly. If you would like me to post by a cheaper method just ask.
