This lot is an 1940 Original Linen Wisden. It is in Excellent Condition.

I have to say WOW about this book as the 1940 linens you usually see are in a poor shape, this book looks nearlly new! The nicest 1940 I have ever handled. 

 The covers are nice and square and bright, very minimal spine bowing if at all, clean, a few spots to the top. Internally excellent, the only fault I can find is a small crease line to the rear cover which isnt off putting. A very fine example of this year. A touch of thumbing to the botom right for a couple of pages.

A very very nice Wisden.
