DESCRIPTION
Hi,
This lot is an 1949 Original Hardback Wisden, in very good condition.
The front (& back) board are very nice for this usually poor year as is the gilt, a slight fading to the spine but brighter than many. The only downside is there is weakness to the front hinge. I would say only 4% of 1949s hinges are strong like the rear hinge here. Clean pages inside and a lot better than many 1949s.
