Offerd for sale is an 1887 Wisden - in it's original wrappers and in FINE overall condition.
The front and rear wrappers are complete,clean and unmarked and in really excellent condition for a book of this age -no loss and just the odd tiny mark and crease .
The spine is original and in excellent condition .It's had a tiny amount of professional restoration at the head and foot.1887 was the first year when the title and year were printed on the spine.
The contents are complete ,original,clean and unmarked with none of the usual foxing and in really excellent condition
1880s Wisden in original state are now really hard to find particularly in as good a condition as this one.
