DESCRIPTION
1941 Wisden Cricketers Almanack in original hardback brown cloth
The covers are generally in good condition. The gilt titles are rubbed and a bit dull to the front cover and very dull to the spine.
There are a couple of small creases in the cloth to the spine and there is a small crease to the rear cover.
There is also tiny rubs to the top right of the front cover and top of the spine.
There is evidence of staining when looking at the top and bottom of the closed book but this is only slightly visible on about 6 pages and does not affect any text.
There is some slight cracking to the inside front cover but the binding remains nice and tight and the book sits square.
Photos include Herbert Sutcliffe accompanying his career records.
The contents are in very good clean condition.
A very rare and difficult to find year with only 800 copies printed.
