DESCRIPTION
1936 Wisden Cricketers Almanack in original hardback cloth covers.
The covers are in good condition with just some odd minor bumps and odd rub to the extremities.
There is a light mark to the front cover which can be seen in the photos.
The gilt to the front cover is good but faded to the spine.
The internal hinges and end papers are excellent with no cracking and retaining a good clean yellow colour.
The contents are nice and clean and the plate of the Five Cricketers of the Year is retained and is also innovative good condition.
The binding is nice and tight and the book sits square.
Overall, with the exception of the faults listed above, the book is in very good condition.
