DESCRIPTION
Hi,
This lot is an 1948 Original Hardback Wisden,
1948s are very hard to find in amazing condition and most are very average , this one is better than average but not the best however a great price.
The gilt is bright to the front and only just starting to fade to the spine, the boards are pretty dark. Internally both hinges are very strong and apart from the brown aura around the pages (all 48s have it) the pages are clean , some bobbling to the edge of the spine cloth but a decent 1948.
