Hi,

Today I am listing a set of Wisdens , all rebound with covers from a well travelled collector. J Kingsley Havers OBE QC son of Sir William Havers. The books have been to many places , mainly Botswana but also Kenya Belize and Gibraltar which are all listed on the bookplate. The books all tend to have worn bindings (some green some blue) but lovely inside.

In detail, in this lot we have two early Wisdens: 1883 and 1884 Original Wisden Rebinds, both books with covers within, bound in blue baords that are a bit worn and marked.

1883 - Very nice front cover, rear cover has some tape on it, internally very good , touch of spotting to the page block.

1884 - Has decent covers, some foxing around the title page.

A nice cheap set. Strategy 1. Would split.
