The following are in facsimile : Covers and Spine Pages 3-6 , 619-620 , 681-682, Rear Fixtures and Rear Adverts Photoplate. Internally the book has some wear and tear and the odd dog eared page but would suit someone who uses them for reference. Please see the large photographs, More Photos on request.
