This 1894 Wisden was rebound some time ago in light brown boards with the title and year in gilt to the front board and spine.
The binding is almost certainly a Wisden rebind - it is identical to the style of rebind that Wisden were using in the 1950's. It will be seen from the photographs that the gilt to the front board and spine is faded somewhat except in respect of the year "1894".
Internally both wrappers have been retained. There is a small stain to the front wrapper but otherwise both wrappers are in excellent condition.
The remaining contents and photographic plate are in excellent, clean, original and unmarked condition.
A very nice copy.
